liblcms2-dev software package provides Little CMS 2 color management library development headers, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblcms2-dev
liblcms2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblcms2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblcms2-dev *
You will get with liblcms2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
